About this operator
Fractional SPED Systems Operator. I am the user I build for.
I am a special education program manager who builds the systems districts actually need. I have sat in the SpEd administrator chair and lived the same compliance, staffing, and service-delivery problems I now build for. That is the part outside vendors cannot replicate. I see the whole operation, not one classroom.
I run this work through Edumated, and I work the same ideas on stage that I build for districts.
The role
Districts do not need another person to do the work. They need someone who builds systems that do the work continuously.
You become the architect. The systems carry the repetitive load. Your people spend their time on students. It is a standing capability, engaged fractionally, instead of another full-time hire.
A department that runs on its own:
Built, shipping, and in the wild
A selection. The through-line is the same: pull from the sources a district already has, surface what matters, hand it off to own.
Director-facing analytics surfacing compliance and inclusion risk across thousands of students, fully local-first.
The district data-integration engine underneath. Bring your own exports; nothing leaves your machine.
A one-click desktop app that puts a district admin's operating tools in one place.
Special education scheduling, built to fit how service delivery actually works.
A consumer wellness app with a companion character. Range beyond the district vertical.
An interactive museum built at the Zo Computer hackathon.
A personal fleet of agents that runs my own operations, research, and drafting daily.
Megan: confirm or correct any one-liners, and tell me which to feature or cut.
On stage
I work the same ideas in front of national and international audiences that I build for districts.
Build fast, learn faster
Where a lot of the range gets built. Two wins so far.
